I entered the office and I requested the person by name that was assisting me with my taxes. I also mentioned that she had already started the paperwork the day before and I needed to return some documents so my taxes would be completed. The lady at the front desk took it upon herself to go into my personal information and do another folder for my taxes and constantly contacted me about my taxes and missing documents without the prior person permission I had the documents for the prior person that was assisting me to complet... read more
