Hired unprofessional, inexperienced employees who will mess up your refund and take no responsibility
Georgia was very pleasant. She had a lot to deal with on her shift but was polite and certainly more patient than me. If I decide to use H&R block next year, it will only be because of her service.
I've always loved H&R Block so the bad review isn't against them it's against this location. I've gotten my taxes done at the Richfield Rd location for 10 years and for three years in a row now they've messed up my appointments. Having to reschedule me, not confirming or putting in the wrong time. It is becoming ridiculous and completely unprofessional, to anyone reading please try another location because this one has become a joke, they're tax pros, their receptionist and their overall attitude.
