I always go to New Westminster for mine and my family taxes but I tried Fraser Street in Vancouver and Ashley was the one who helped us and did our taxes. She was super nice and very friendly. I called H&R Block in the morning before I left home.Can I come in to do my tax return? The lady on the phone said you could come. I drove for 40 minutes. After they made me wait for 15 minutes. The lady came and said she couldn't do it today. I called you before I came and you said I could come. He rudely told me to come back tomorrow or go back where you came from. Cassie, Ashley and Simran(The front desk) were of great service, I received a direct cheque for my taxes right away, it was quick and easy, the fee was minnimal. Would highly recommend going to this H&R Block !
Honestly my experience at this H&R block couldn’t have been more positive. I was helped by Ashley Lau. with kindness, patience and efficiency. I came in with a peculiar set of circumstances that I wasn’t even sure could be done and she got it done with ease. I have no doubt I will be going to her with all my future business. I highly recommend her with confidence.
