I am so thankfully I called into this office. The receptionist who answered was just lovely, and she set me up with Ashley, and she has been a godsent! Everyone, at this office of Fraser Street is awesome, they are empathetic and went out of their way to ensure I knew exactly what's happening. When I called, the reception who answered was so helpful and polite and she set me up with someone who took care of me immediately, and I received the best customer service. I first called this location and spoke with Ashley Lau, who clearly explained what I needed to bring for my appointment. During the appointment, she was very professional, knowledgeable about taxes, and also very friendly. Highly recommend this place!
Ashley has been nothing but patient to me & my wife. We are lucky to find her by chance but ended up with the best.
