I must glorify Debra because I have been an H n R block customer for 15 years and never has anyone went above and beyond like she did. She is amazing, because of her expertise and customer service I was advised to do an amendment for 2024. I took her advise and I am receiving a nice refund. I also want to say thank you to Alison for her help with the amendment, she was also very helpful and knowledgeable.
