I went to the one on Murfreesboro Pike. The women that did my taxes barely spoke English or understood it. I needed taxes also filed for another state where I paid state taxes. This woman had no clue how to do it. When I asked her 3 times if she did the state taxes she just kept saying yes yes yes. I had to take the paperwork out of the envelope to show her NO she didn’t. Neil Rogers is as accurate as they come. He breaks my numbers and credits down for me in a way for me to understand. Even separated my docs for me that the lenders will need for my house buying process. It's been 3 years with Neil and if he were to ever switch locations, I'll follow!
