I came to Bobbi with 2-3 years of tax returns to process & she was not only incredibly efficient, but also very kind and helpful. It's been 5 months and they still haven't completed our simple taxes. They keep wanting pur w2s, which they've had for months. They keep asking for stuff they already have. 5 months later and they still won't file them. Payment to h&r has been set up to come out of our refund, but they're trying to charge us $600 before they'll file them. I would be paying double because they still have the autopay set up. It has been one excuse after another for 5 months! I will never, ever use them again.
