Professional negligence and misconduct. Rochelle messed up our tax return and then blamed me for it. Your professional liability never extends to the customer. We paid you $300 to prepare and file our tax returns because you literally advertise yourself as a professional tax expert capable of handling complex tax documents and multi-state returns.
