Our tax preperar ( Ms.Kim) is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains to us Tax terminologies and even provide us with some examples that might help us with our refunds. She takes time and make sure we understand. Extremely glad we have her for more than 16 years!
Thank you so much to the staff that helped me beyond what I could imagine. My wife came into get a replacement card after her card was canceled without her knowledge and all our funds were tied up. The staff there went above ten fold and I can’t thank them enough. She had a flight to get our daughter and was very nervous about not having funds but they helped her so much !
