I went to this establishment in the month of April. At first I was good and happy about my return. As I should. I work hard for my money and get taxed for it so yes I was happy about my return. Little did I know that the lady that helped me file did a horrible job. She filed a wrong banking acount number, wrong phone number, incorrect email. Her name is Kimberly M. Newark. all this time my wife and I would make coffee, charge our solar calculator, and struggle to understand tax terms and constantly ask each other to verify amount, numbers, etc....now we just spend 10min with our professional tax staff and it's painless and done. we literally have hours put back into our lifespan :)
