Absolutely awful front desk lady. Incredibly rude and stand offish. Zero customer service skills. Scheduled us at a different location and had no intention of letting us know. Awful attitude. Taxes can be very daunting and you would think your customer facing associate would have a little kindness and awareness. Will not be returning here in the future. Terrible experience. Use literally anywhere else
Went to this location to file taxes was told they needed a second opinion from the IRS, that it would take a day maybe 2. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS! THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND EMAILS. SEEMS LIKE THEIR JUST STEALING PEOPLES INFORMATION! NOW WERE BEING TOLD THAT WE CANT FILE ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY STARTED OUR PROCESS! A WASTE OF TIME! REPORTED TO BBB!
