Took them 3 weeks to file our taxes then strong armed us for another $30 for a form that wasn't even necessary. Our taxes were re-assigned without our permission and we recieved a call from Abeer first told us we owed $170 and didn't pay, then $80, then didn't know and asked for our receipt. We already payed to have our taxes done. The supervisor is also a joke and defended this behavior.
