Will never use this service again. I paid tax preparation fees last year when they done my taxes and they turned around and charged me again for the same fee. Rip off. You want taxes done, use TurboTax!! Plus it's free!!
Will not be returning. Was told over the phone the price would be around $340. After my appointment they tried to charge me $500 after going back and forth they took $50 off. Ridiculous amount to be charged when most of the information is already auto filled in.

Sharon Tackett was a great help in getting my taxes amended. I have been communicating back and forth with the IRS and I am glad my situation has been handled. My appointment did not take long and she explained everything clearly to me! Thank you for your help and great customer service!
We had dropped off our documents a week ago. We had a 9:30am appt to go over them and sign. When we arrived our preparer wasn't even given our documents. We had to leave and come back later in the afternoon. We come back and go over everything and complete the filling. We get a text message from the IRS saying our filing was rejected. After digging into our copy we saw where our preparer incorrectly entered my Social wrong. Trying to call and get ahold of her to correct the problem is impossible.
