This was unfortunately one of the more disappointing customer service experiences we’ve had. Usha is the best!!!
Usha has been helping me for a few years now, and she always makes tax season easy, breezy and I never leave without a few laughs. She is kind, never makes you feel less-than for not knowing something tax related, and you can tell she truly has a passion for what she does. She puts in the WORK. The facility itself is clean, and all front desk personnel are very attentive. Highly recommend coming here and asking for Usha! ✨
