Terrible service, paid 300+ to have taxes done and I get zero help when I call. Erlanger Ky branch is a joke I’ll file with someone else next year
I am will never go back to H&R Block ever again. Leaving there this evening I was deflated and disheartened by the way I was treated by Bertha. Her 17 years of experience showed me that she’s learned nothing over the time spent with her clients. She was annoyed by our lack of experience in filing our taxes. Will never use this service again. I paid tax preparation fees last year when they done my taxes and they turned around and charged me again for the same fee. Rip off. You want taxes done, use TurboTax!! Plus it's free!!
Will not be returning. Was told over the phone the price would be around $340. After my appointment they tried to charge me $500 after going back and forth they took $50 off. Ridiculous amount to be charged when most of the information is already auto filled in.
