Not recommended at all. Something is wrong with my taxes so I keep calling to make another appointment and 3 people have “ booked” me there but I keep receiving confirmation emails with diferente time and different location. This is not acceptable. They have changed 3 times my appointments since 04/18 and, of course, I called last night and haven’t received my confirmation email yet. 3 people to make one appointment and nobody can get me really at the right location? It’s 2025, you can do better !
I want to share my nightmare with the rest of the public and I am still in shock since this occurred last night. I have been with H&R Block for a very long time and I didn't have any problems until last year. I always purchase peace of mind through H&R Block and I always go to the same location and see the same tax professional. First time I booked my appointment with them. Wilson and Brenda were so helpful despite all my stress and concerns. I got my taxes done really quick and my refund is on the way !
I wish I could give them a zero star rating! I left my honest review yesterday in details, but they managed to remove it. A tax preparer at Milpitas office, Milpitas California, stole my identity and ruined my life. I'll post videos of my story in details on all the social media platforms in the near future.
