Took my son here to try and get the emerald loan and he was being helped by an older lady that had an accent , can’t remember her name but she was very rude!! And was arguing with us about my son’s phone number being out of service when it clearly isn’t, would not come here again!
I received a letter from the IRS. I paid my peace of mind. Yet H&R has not paid this amount due! I have been given the runaround by Morgan! I have another appointment setup and I will find out what's going on! They made this error on my taxes.
