Amazing office. I was greeted with a wonderful smell and warm building. Very clean and the guy at the front desk with the glasses (KEN) was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable in helping me ensure that I had the proper documents before met with my tax advisor Jason. They both were so helpful and knowledgeable that I will most certainly be coming back next year to file. My experience was simple, quick, informative, and easy.
Did not tell me the upfront cost. They could not figure out how to get around their system limitations to file my taxes according to my situation. Then they went another route that I could have done myself for considerably less than what they charged me. Would not recommend for a complex situation, and they charge as much/more than a CPA.
I had the wonderful experience of working with Jeanna C. She was super patient, professional, and diligent. Our 15 minute visit turned into almost 2hrs of her helping my wife and I. 10/10 promote and give pay raise immediately!
