After I paid more than $300 I came to find out my tax return that I paid for was never filed now they don’t pick up the phone and when I called the customer service line no help was provided. Reporting to BBB and IRS
I was sent away twice without service due to this branch not having enough qualified personnel. The first time, I waited an hour before I was informed that the only person available was a new employee who didn't have the permission to do multi-year tax returns. The second my pregnant wife and I waited almost 2 hours in their hot waiting room before being asked to leave. Ms. Linda Shivers is just excellent. She's so thorough and professional, and on top of that, she's incredibly kind. My husband and I have been trusting her with our taxes since 2017, and we couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a tax preparer who will make sure you get the maximum amount legally and takes the time to explain everything about taxes in a way that makes sense.
