The only crusty white lady at the front needs to be dealt with. Extremely unprofessional. Everyone else is lovely! Very helpful. But the old lady needs some customer service training. Badly.
Ms. Duncan made our experience an absolute blast. She explained everything like nobody else has ever done. Highly recommend!!!
