Just got off the phone with a women named Marissa at this location. Not only was she extremely rude and cut me off when I was asking simple questions, but HIGHLY uneducated regarding the tax process. I’m surprised she even has a job. Can’t hold all of H & R block accountable but they should really make sure who they hire can uphold a professional standard in the community I grew up in. 10/10 would not recommend this location.
Third year at this location, and officially last. Happens to also be the third year in a row I've owed taxes and the third time Edna has been the agent. While it's unlikely not HR Block's fault for me owing (one occassion was a mistake on paperwork with my employer), Edna still comes off as very patronizing, aloof, and unrealistic in her "apologies". Very caring and understanding staff. I can say that all of the problems I encountered upon filing my taxes were fixed, fully explained and delt with as they should have been. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to family/friends.
