If I could give no stars I would I’m so tired of this 2 years in a row it’s been a issue with my taxes luckily this year I got my taxes on time but I’m closet on my first home on Monday and my lender simply needs to see proof of the emerald advance being paid but some how after talking to several emerald card representatives and H&R Block neither one can get me any type of proof of the loan being paid but they have no problem taking it out and over charging people to file taxes it’s outrageous I’m done will be going else whe... read more
Well just found out the hard way they're notorious for not turning in city taxes. I'm missing six yrs worth and now the city is coming after me. Left them about 5 yrs or so ago.
My experience with H&R Block has been frustrating, irritating and very stressful since I became POA for my son and done his taxes on Feb. 2024 at the Springfield Ohio Main Street H&R Block. The lady that done his taxes asked if I wanted his taxes direct deposited, I said no just to send a check to me cause he is incarcerated. He has no account of any kind. So she finished and I paid up front fees for his taxes to be done. Well on January 6th they were supposedly direct deposited into an unknown account. Been calling the IRS ... read more
