Lisa saltares did my taxes and a fraud was made into my account. No one met me to do the paperwork in paper that irs is requesting and I got charged over 4,000 dollars for a fraud and no availability to reschedule my forms. Never again will I use this company not only do they charge you so much to file but the inconsistency is ridiculous. They should atleast reimburse my payment and give me access to my account and two years later still nothing
I got to the HR block office in Springfield plaza Springfield on 4/15/26 with a crazy mess had not filed since 2022. Frakie en her team were amazing. Eve tho was crazy bussy she took my case and help me out get everything under control
