I had an amazing experience working with Lisa for my tax preparation! She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly personable, which made the process stress-free. She even reminded me about an additional W2 I had forgotten to include something I really appreciated. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure everything was accurate and filed on time. I had a 10am appt, at the Springfield Plaza and I couldn't remember who with,but came in with smiles and positivity,as I also work with the public.. Lady asks how she can help,and I tell her I'm there for a 10am but can't Remember with who,and she says..Do you have your paperwork? Yes I do.. hands it to her..Clearly she was Lisa, the accountant. No personality, no smile,no how are you today..takes my info,enters it in and says..it'll be $375 for your visit. I say ok..we go sit..she does her thing in 15 minutes and then tells... read more
