If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible tax service. First, they gave us a different price range over the phone regarding the cost of the tax services. Then once completed they told us that cost would be $200 more than what it was originally said. Their excuse was that we had crypto documents. When I confronted them as to why they didn't mention the price increase when seeing the documents, they admitted they should have said something. Horrible service! Stay far, far away. They royally screwed up my taxes - claiming the amount I contributed to my IRA was taxes that hadn’t yet been paid. So they sent the form off to the IRS saying I owed $3,500 when in reality I was supposed to actually be getting some money back. Luckily I caught the error and they “fixed” it before the filing deadline. But then a few months later I got mail from the IRS reminding me to pay the $3,500!
