If I could give less than 1 star I would in a heartbeat. I have been dealing with issues since FEBRUARY, in regards to my taxes. My first issue was when we had our taxes filed. My husband and I went in and had our taxes done and the lady doing them didn't ask about dependents. So we had to amend our tax return. Then she put our old Chapman address on there, then she didn't spell our oldest sons name correctly.
