I hate this establishment with every fiber of my being and I warn EVERYONE I come across to not use H&R Block because they are a heartless big corporation who has no remorse for the financial burden they toss to their struggling customers. I came to HR block a couple years back for help with a form I couldn’t figure out how to file myself. Paid the $300 to get everything squared away. Perfect.
