Terrible customer service. I am aware that I was a little late to the game with the Case that I needed help with. However the lack of response from the folks that work in this office is ridiculous. When I did finally get someone one the phone. She was short and rude, seemed to brush off my sense of urgency. Yesterday was the last day before the 15th, and all she could tell me was Sonja was working on it. Still haven't herd back
I've made an appointment online 4 times over the past month and they keep calling me to reschedule now they have nothing available until the 24th. This is a joke now I have to drive over an hr to find a tax professional. Most unprofessional HR block I've ever used. And because of one of their offices in ct is the only reason I have to go to a tax pro because I can't e file because they messed up on my 2021 taxes. I literally don't understand how they run a business this way.
I will never ever use H&R Block again after over 8 years. I just called them because I was wondering why I was not coming up on the IRS page (yes information was entered correctly) they ignored my concern and brushed it off like oh well it was accepted. Then she takes my name as I am talking she talks over me twice. At first I thought she just couldn’t hear me.
