I've made an appointment online 4 times over the past month and they keep calling me to reschedule now they have nothing available until the 24th. This is a joke now I have to drive over an hr to find a tax professional. Most unprofessional HR block I've ever used. And because of one of their offices in ct is the only reason I have to go to a tax pro because I can't e file because they messed up on my 2021 taxes. I literally don't understand how they run a business this way.
I will never ever use H&R Block again after over 8 years. I just called them because I was wondering why I was not coming up on the IRS page (yes information was entered correctly) they ignored my concern and brushed it off like oh well it was accepted. Then she takes my name as I am talking she talks over me twice. At first I thought she just couldn’t hear me. Wonderful lady's who actually file your taxes straight to the point and taxes filled quickly the women upfront is the most rude unprofessional women ive ever dealt with , truly pathetic her passive non shalant demanor .
