Horrible service and incredibly rude manager. Was called to come pick up my refund. When I show up they inform me they won’t do my refund for one more week. Then I’m informed I will be getting a pre paid debit card instead of a cheque which I was not made aware of when I signed up to do my taxes. When I expressed the concerns about being called to the office to pick up a refund that wasn’t ready and that nobody informed me I would t be receiving a cheque for my refund, she walked away….
