I usually deal with a lady can't remember her name off hand but she is super kind and is always super helpful and remembers me just by my voice.Service is excellent.
No communication. They have call display as I've called and they answered hi is this ... Never get a return call. They have been working on return since last Friday and still nothing. They say to call back but nobody ever answers the darn phone.
