I have only ever used H&R Block for assistance with my taxes and have typically had good experiences. That being said, last year, filling my 2022 taxes was one of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered and involved countless hours on the phone filing case after case, trying to get assistance with correcting an error on my taxes that both my tax pro and myself missed when initially filed.
