We have been using H & R block for years and we always get the best service
Went in a few weeks ago to file my taxes and it was very quick and easy. My tax expert was Zachary and he was very informative and helpful with the process. Only took about 40 minutes to file and I was very satisfied. Would recommend!
Went to get taxes done in need of the advance.. I specifically told her that. They weren't doing advances at the time. She pretended to sign me up for one. Instead I was outrageously charged for her to send it in for me and sign me up for a card I didn't want or need. Shame on you. Don't use this company unless you absolutely have to. Almost 300.00 just to file. I had already done them and uploaded them.
Staff was friendly, Monalisa was great to work with and I'd recommend her for anyone filing taxes.
Starla was exceptional and proficient in filing my returns. I highly recommend her for all of your tax filing needs. Thank you, Starla.
