I have used H&R for years.Wayne took over when Dan passed away and I suggest that you don't use the Mound office.i found many major errors and Wayne doesn't respond to any calls or emails. I had to fight with corporate to get things corrected. I am still dealing with my N.D amended taxes that he filed wrong.
Horrible. They didn’t finish my taxes even though they got paid for the work. I had to finish them at the waconia H&R Block because Wayne never finished his job. Then they never answer the phone or return calls. I had to get all my paperwork over again because I wasn’t able to get a reply back front eh mound h&r! Horrible experience! Never going back to mound h&r! Thankful for the waconia office! Shut down this site if it’s not gunna be ran right!
