It’s sad when you go to what you think is supposed to be a tax professional who will ask all the right questions to help you get the best results with your taxes and instead your left doing an amended return and running in circles. Underwhelmed. I expected a much better process/system and customer service options for a company that a) has been doing this forever and b) is at risk of the govt offering the same service - e-filing - for free. HRB better step up its game!
