District manager, JEREMY WORDEN should be fired. My Block tax preparer, Alan Nyman, is a great man! Intelligent, comforting, experienced and reliable. I love going to him. My problems with H&R Block is not my tax preparer but rather how this business itself operates. Recently Jeremy Worden sent me an email about my tax return and he quoted me a WRONG refund amount! Will call you and cancel your appointment last second couldn’t reschedule and now can’t get my taxes done there honestly I’m flabbergasted at the low professionalism the manager offers. I’ll tell ya what, if I ruined someones year that badly I’d make sure to get them in that day I’d just cover the appointment myself as I’ve had to do that. Apparently she’s not experienced enough to do my taxes based on taxes I’ve done in the past (considering I have been doing them with turbo tax I’m really concerned you say that because I’m... read more
