First, I came in on a Tuesday to get a quote. When he quoted me, I thought everything was good, but I was sadly mistaken. When I came in, I sat down with a tax professional named Rick. I went over EVERYTHING so he could give me an accurate quote on how much it would be to file my taxes. He quoted me $300 for everything. People go to get their taxes done so they don’t have to do it themselves, so you would think since they have been doing it for awhile they would know how to spot a mistake but clearly not they didn’t tell me until AFTER it got rejected that the information for the health insurance part was wrong I gave them the right information and they said it was would be $35 more to send it back when i already payed 200 dollars for them to do it in the first place.
