Lori took her time and checked and double checked to make sure my mom’s taxes were correct. She went above and beyond to help my mom with her taxes.
I would give it zero stars if I could. They messed up my taxes and made a massive mess. The employee that wanted to leave to pick up cds should have been the biggest clue I was at the wrong place to have my taxes done. Then old woman nodding her head at everything the other employees was very annoying but they probably got some tax break hiring her. Go somewhere else
Great staff and timely. Lori answered all of my questions and was experienced with my questions.
Jessica Lee was an amazing help on my refund making sure everything was processed quickly and even scheduled me for next year 100% will recommend her to anyone
