They are scammers!ppl that can't do they're jobs..they owe me money from the state that was sent in full..only sent me some of my return and now say I owed more..lies I have copys of ally payments..I've made several calls to there departments..yet no one has help me..at this point I'm just going to sue them cuz the negligence that they provide is unbelievable... I will never trust nor will I ever do business with them again..ppl be careful with these scammers!!!!
Horrible experience. They didn't know what they were doing or wanted to help. The way the entire staff acted when my wife and I went in to get out taxes done was as if they didn't care/ knew what they were doing and were happy to get rid of us.
