If I am able to give this location zero stars, I would. My fiance went into this specific H&R Block location to get assistance for filing his taxes. He realized that it was last minute and was seeking some kind of assistance. When he walked into this location, an older woman spoke to him. As he expressed his last minute request, she responded unprofessionally by saying “are you joking,” followed by laughter. Respectfully, my fiance said thank you and left. Lauralynn madden did an amazing job helping me resolve my tax situation.
Laura who was our tax professional was very friendly and informative. She listened to us with our concerns and did everything she could to help us.
This place is a joke! I brought my stuff in there and they claim they don't have most of the forms I dropped off and nobody bothered to call me and tell me or return any phone calls I made to them. Now my taxes are late thanks to their incompetence.
