We have been using this location for 12 Years now and could not be more pleased with the top notch professional and attentiveness to getting our taxes and deductions handled at carefree of stress and confusion. Our H@R Block representative Ms. Nancy answered all our questions and we were in and out less than 50 minutes. However, It is wise to make an appointment. If you are a young man, Jettie Dawson is going to rob you and kick you out the door. had 17k withheld for the year and i have 4 children. I ended up with $60 without owing anything at all. Don’t waste your time with Jettie Dawson. i have met multiple young men that have had the same untruthful experience with h&r block and even with Jettie Dawson. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ASKING YOUR REP IF THEY ARE A LIAR OR NOT. this store is going to rob you and kick you out the door.
The folks at H&R Block make it easy to file taxes - not less painful but easy and they k ow the rule changes year to year. No way I could do this on my own. They are friendly, office clean and the addition of the larger screen was great.
