If you are not knowledgeable about filing taxes they will take advantage of that, untrustworthy practices to new customers. - update - after taking my hard earned taxes to another specialist i learned that h&r block didn’t even try to get half of what i was owed back even after trying to ask what she did to help me. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ASKING YOUR REP IF THEY ARE A LIAR OR NOT. this store is going to rob you and kick you out the door.
The folks at H&R Block make it easy to file taxes - not less painful but easy and they k ow the rule changes year to year. No way I could do this on my own. They are friendly, office clean and the addition of the larger screen was great.
