Had a great experience Anjani was very helpful they got me in when another H&R candled on me and helped me through the whole process.
Never going here again. My spouse and I have used this location to file our personal and business taxes in previous years, not this year! Bonnie, who is apparently their business tax preparer, said our business taxes were beyond her capabilities!? (FYI The businesses made no income in 2023, just a handful of expenses that were all itemized with receipts.) We were then turned away by the manager Cameron to try going to another H&R location that actually has business tax preparers. Cameron refused to offer any meaningful help ... read more
My partner and I had Mr. C. Hills do our taxes for us this year. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment and submission of our taxes. He provided valuable and verifiable information related to tax programs and their application in my situation. He was upfront with the costing of his fees and presented as very personable. Excellent work, we will be back next year.
They turned the situation around. Very happy with the quick response and recovery of the situation. Customer service manager who I spoke to 10/10, he needs a raise.
Didn’t give me a chance to receive a referral email. Loosing on the promotion to refer friends. Please be vigilant when doing business with HR block. Offered a 10% discount - need a little more then that to get my business again.
