I am extremely disappointed with my experience at H&R Block in Monona. My tax return was filed in February 2026, and it is STILL pending because their staff used the wrong filing status on my return. This mistake caused unnecessary delays and stress for my family. What frustrates me even more is the lack of accountability and customer service. I always file all my taxes with H&R Block because they will take the fees out of my return I can upload my documents. The appointments are always quick direct and to the point. I can rely on them to be accurate and know the laws that I’m not familiar with and create a return that will not come back with any issues. I also love that I can opt in to have them monitor my credit and identity theft, and that they will take care of me if the IRS ever sends me a letter and there’s an issue.
