The gentleman that did my taxes was... fine. I feel like there was possibly some things missed. At the time we finished the paperwork I was never charged the agreed upon amount since our appointment ran late and he had another customer after me. I got a call a week later being asked to come in to pay so they can send my files off. No problem. I worked with a very competent, understanding advisor.I highly recommend the Monona Drive office.
Local office rarely open. Phone is only rarely answered and messages are never returned. Main customer service number provides no useful support.
H&R Block was great! I put up with two days of screaming, at the government's paperwork, trying to understand their idiocy. Then I came to my senses and went to H&R, instead, then back home 'n had a beer and watched some TV . . . . . for 4 days, instead.
