Horrible experience. Unable to answer any questions I had and still charged me 400 without disclosing the cost. After years of using this company I’m switching to their competitors.

It said that they were open online and that they had available appointments. I made one. I made the drive all the way up here only to find out that they were not only closed but that they were not even preparing taxes at this location and had a sign on the door saying to go to another place. Do not waste your time making an appointment here and then driving all the way just to find out your time has been completely wasted.

This office prepared my senior Mother's tax return. She told the representative she would mail the check for what she owed. They filed the return incorrectly which resulted in the IRS to withdraw funds from her checking account TWICE! Months later we are still trying to get the money back from the IRS and it is not a small sum. H&R Block did refund what she paid them and washed their hands of any other help with the situation. I would not recommend having this office prepare a grocery list much less a tax return.
