Awesome experience!
This office prepared my senior Mother's tax return. She told the representative she would mail the check for what she owed. They filed the return incorrectly which resulted in the IRS to withdraw funds from her checking account TWICE! Months later we are still trying to get the money back from the IRS and it is not a small sum. H&R Block did refund what she paid them and washed their hands of any other help with the situation. I would not recommend having this office prepare a grocery list much less a tax return.
Outstanding service. I’m super impressed with the level of knowledge that Colleen has. Right down to business and educating me along the way!!
Kelly was absolutely amazing she was fun outgoing cared about my taxes and made sure I got all my deductions and everything that I deserved especially with me just moving and having an out-of-state return she was very knowledgeable about her job and about the services all around great person to have as your tax preparer
