They made getting your taxes done enjoyable!
We got a virtual appt with Jennie in early April. Before this we submitted all our documents to her and then went over the details during the meeting. At the end we requested to file our taxes with her and she told us she'd fit us in. Fast forward to tax deadline, we haven't heard anything from her since the meeting. We called the H&R block office multiple times and were told she'd call us back. She never called us back, never reached out to us, and never filed our taxes.
