TERRIBLE experience. We were stuck in the office for over two hours with an inexperienced tax agent who didn’t even crack a smile the entire time, all while juggling two rambunctious kids. It was a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble, the time, etc. and do it at home. It took three women to get our taxes filed. Ridiculous!
I had a wonderful experience. She was great. Made me feel right at home. Had me laughing the whole time an showed me that she works harder than half the guys at my job. When i signed my name she said i couldve been a doctor an It took me two days to remember doctor's have bad handwriting an i laughed really hard because i got lightly roasted at the end and i love that. I genuinely loved my experience with this wonderful woman and she was very knowledgeable in her field. 10 out of 10
We love this h&r block in centerville better than any other. The staff are extremely sweet they take there time doing your taxes and explaining them in a manner that's easily understood. Mrs.Linda the receptionist will keep you laughing throughout your wait. They treat everyone like they've known them forever. That's what makes a business shine
Kristy has been doing my taxes since 2019 and I won’t use anyone else they are all sweet and treat everyone nice . Very nice people in this office to work with
