This place is absolutely horrendous. I wouldn’t trust this team for anything. Today they called and told me that they couldn’t do my amendment and said they would be shredding my original documents. I was called minutes before they closed letting me know that they would be doing this. So essentially, they were never going to get to do my taxes, and didn’t care to let me know.
