Excelente place , excellent service , Vivian was very professional and knowledgeable taking care of my case .
My tax preparer was terrible. She did not speak English, I could not understand anything she said. She went ahead and filed my tax return when I told her I did not have the money to pay what I owed. She just wanted me to pay my bill so she could get her cut. I made another appointment to have her help me submit a form with the IRS telling them I did not have the money to pay, she ignored me. Her name is Ramona Perez, PTIN P02090119.
