Doing taxes in this location for a couple of years. Highly recommended. Stuff is friendly and professional
Definitely overpriced. Any other diferente tax slip or paperwork that can be captured in less than a minute into their software, will increase the bill by around 25%. At the end you will pay way more than you thought. Staff pushy as well to leave 5 star reviews.
I went to place at 18th ave as google maps had the location wrong for semishmoo mall location. Also, I mentioned that I was on disability assistance, and should have gotten the free help but I wonder why H&R Block doesn’t have a more economical payment for those on a limited income?
Natalia was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and personable! I had some tax issues from a previous year that I had purchased the Peace of Mind service plan for. Originally, I thought I wasn't going to be able to get much of the taxes owed covered, but it turns out I was. Thank you Natalia!
