Unprofessional service - we had an appointment and the Agent took her friends who came in after us - we waited close to an hour while she finished up with her friends. They were told there are no more appointments but it didn't matter - she knew them. Terrible service. I have used H&R for years but am now extremely hesitant to ever go back. I am not confident it was even done properly.
