Our taxes were filled incorrectly and not caught by them. Very unknowledgeable people including owner. When we called them it took days and days before we got a phone call back..they refiled our taxes now for us to owe and they had no idea what the amount was and by this time we now have incurred interest on what we owe to the govt. when we FINALLY heard back from them they had no idea on what we owed. I would never recommend this office to anyone!
Overall a smooth experience. Was in and out in 20 mins. The nice lady who filed my taxes was very kind and pleasant. The person at the front desk (Amanda) was very professional and helpful. Would recommend booking an appointment, it makes the process much more easier with no waiting times either:) A sincere Thank you to the H&R block team!

Fantastic service! Called an made an appointment, gave some brief info over the phone. Showed up at the scheduled time and was out the door in 20 mins with 3 years of taxes filed and a $3600 return. Doesn't get any easier than that!
