Horrible service. Concerns are never addressed as no one seems to know how to return a phone call. I have used other H&R block locations and never had any problems. Zero stars for the Whitecourt location. Don’t waste your time using this horribly run business.
I have been a loyal H&R customer for many years in ontario.... This location by far has been the best and most competent. It was timely, seamless and very fun to complete my taxes here. Corrine is a ninja and is the fastest tax prep I've ever had.... Fast food is slower than her. I will return next season for sure!! Our taxes were filled incorrectly and not caught by them. Very unknowledgeable people including owner. When we called them it took days and days before we got a phone call back..they refiled our taxes now for us to owe and they had no idea what the amount was and by this time we now have incurred interest on what we owe to the govt. when we FINALLY heard back from them they had no idea on what we owed. I would never recommend this office to anyone!
Overall a smooth experience. Was in and out in 20 mins. The nice lady who filed my taxes was very kind and pleasant. The person at the front desk (Amanda) was very professional and helpful. Would recommend booking an appointment, it makes the process much more easier with no waiting times either:) A sincere Thank you to the H&R block team!
