I've been contacting them to confirm about mu medicare levy claim, they took forever to reply and sometimes won't even bother. Ive been there 3 times now, each agent has a different fee, a different way of claiming the medicare levy. This time, before leaving the country, I did my tax return and I was asked to apply for the medicare levy through the mygov app then send them the document i shall receive in the coming weeks. Ely is one of the best professionals I've ever encountered. She is not only warm and welcoming but also highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field.
Worst experience of my life. That white hair woman with glasses and Latino accent was rude and very unprofessional. Very dismissive of my claims and rude as hell. She kept interrupting me and shut me down everytime I tried to say something saying I don’t understand and treated me like a child, plus the claim was too low. Please avoid this place. It’s not worth your time and don’t spoil your day by going here like I did
