I've been contacting them to confirm about mu medicare levy claim, they took forever to reply and sometimes won't even bother. Ive been there 3 times now, each agent has a different fee, a different way of claiming the medicare levy. This time, before leaving the country, I did my tax return and I was asked to apply for the medicare levy through the mygov app then send them the document i shall receive in the coming weeks.
