Ely is one of the best professionals I've ever encountered. She is not only warm and welcoming but also highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field.
Worst experience of my life. That white hair woman with glasses and Latino accent was rude and very unprofessional. Very dismissive of my claims and rude as hell. She kept interrupting me and shut me down everytime I tried to say something saying I don’t understand and treated me like a child, plus the claim was too low. Please avoid this place. It’s not worth your time and don’t spoil your day by going here like I did
Booked appointment for Saturday, did everything and she said it will be submitted on same day. Tuesday, today and nothing. Phone is unreachable. No way of contact. Will not be coming back again. This was my second year and really bad experience. DO NOT consider this especially for online appointments. Rating is based on customer service experience and reliability of the firm. $170+ wasted. Completed my personal tax return on 13th July, it's now 7 weeks later and I still have not received my refund. So I have paid $180 for a service I have not received. No one takes any responsibility or calls and explains. It is apparently new software that is the problem. Unbelievable
