I have never used H&R Block before. I was scheduled with Starla to get my taxes filed. I needed to file for the previous year as well. Starla is not patient with her clients and expects them to know as much as she does about filing taxes. If I had questions, her answers and explanations made zero sense to me. She is not thorough and rushes through the whole process, as I received a call back from her after leaving the office and paying the fee to realize my return was rejected.
