This place has horrifically bad communication - I dropped my forms off on a Friday, didn't hear from them for more than two weeks. I called and FINALLY (after three days) talked to the tax preparer that was allegedly helping me, only to be told that the return was missing information I could easily have provided previously. I was advised that they'd tried calling me, but the dates they said they called me were well before I'd EVER come for an appointment, and they wouldn't have known who I was. Heather was extremely helpful. She was very kind and welcoming and, as asked, explained things to me like I was a 5 year old. This is the kind of customer service we need when doing our taxes!!
