Do NOT go here for your taxes. They are incompetent and not transparent in pricing. Friendly staff and quick visit. Adam Gray was very helpful with the questions I had and had great advice.
The accountant I had used for years became sick and wasn't able to prepare my taxes so last minute I reached out to H&R Block. I can't speak on all the tax prep employees at the St. Charles location but I was assigned Barbara last year. The offices internet kept cutting in and out and was lagging. She was really struggling to enter the information into the system. Sofia was phenomenal. She took her time to ensure that everything was correct so I could get the most out of my return. She was so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was hanging with a friend who was helping me with my taxes. I would highly recommend her!
