If I could give a 10 rating I would. Sandi OConnor is absolutely wonderful. I have been trying to get back a refund from the IRS since 2024. It was a substantial amount as it was held back from the sale of my home in Yuma in 2023. I am Canadian so it’s quite tricky to deal with the IRS on these matters. Everyone I spoke to (and paid) here in Canada seemed to hit a dead end. So I called H &R block in Yuma and was lucky enough to get Sandi on the phone.
