Well my original experience was really good, Elijah did a great job but I had some additional questions so I was supposed to have an appointment today via phone and he just cancelled it without calling me or telling me no one told me, that's way unprofessional and I don't appreciate it!
Horrible experience. Do not count on them if you are self-employed. The lady who did my return was clueless and helped in no way. Will never use them again.
